ABOUT

Bethany was born & raised in Southern Orange County in the city of San Juan Capistrano. She resides in Dana Point with her 3 children & her husband with whom she co-owns a local small business, U.S. Reclaimed, Vintage Lumber & Wood Works in Laguna Niguel.

She graduated from Cal State University San Marcos with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology & a Minor in Spanish and more recently obtained her Associate of Science degree in Real Estate.

Her work experience started in the mortgage loan industry. After 10 years there she went on to assist in the management of her & her husband’s family business, Bonin Construction for another 10 years before moving on to starting U.S. Reclaimed in 2014. During this time she acquired her Real Estate Agent license and has been practicing real estate since 2016.

The local relationships & knowledge of the area, combined with her education & work experience over the years have cultivated her expertise in all aspects of Real Estate & Property Management services.
